6:00pm - Catch up with friends, grab a drink and enjoy some snacks.
6:30pm - Meeting begins: Brief announcements, Board of Director and Staff introductions.
6:45pm - Mingle with the LWSC Board of Directors and Staff, check out the poster boards exhibiting season stats, event information, current projects, and more.
8:00pm - Meeting adjourns
