The Leavenworth Winter Sports Club grants numerous donation and sponsorship requests each year in an effort to show how grateful we are to our community and to pay back the support that it bestows on us.
Please help us better serve you by using the following application guidelines for donations and sponsorship requests and by supplying all of the required information in the form below.
Donation requests must meet the following criteria:
- Requests will be considered if submitted at least 30 days prior to your event. If the event is less than 30 days away please plan on making a request for your next event.
- We will email you to let you know that your donation or sponsorship request was received and its status. If approved we will send you the donation or make arrangements for pickup or delivery of items.
** We receive a large number of donation and sponsorship requests. Although we we would love to support all of the nonprofit organizations who apply we can’t guarantee that all requests will be approved. **
