Leavenworth Winter Sports Club (LWSC) has started the bidding process for the Ski Hill Restroom Project, located on Ski Hill Drive - north of the Leavenworth city limits.
The bid documents, including plans and specifications, are available at PNW Plan Center in Wenatchee, Washington.
The project will be bid on under a multi-prime approach. There are three bid packages:
- C-01 Earthwork & Utilities
- C-02 Concrete Work
- C-03 General Building Contract
McMahon Excavating was awarded the bid for Earthwork & Utilities and work was started in the fall of 2024.
Stromer Enterprises LLC was was awarded the bid for Concrete work and will begin in the spring of 2025.
The remaining package (C-03) is out to bid (December 2024).

There will be a NON-Mandatory pre-bid Site Walk for GENERAL BUILDING package on Wednesday, November 26, 2024, at the site at 11:00 am.
Bids for C-02r will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2024, by Leavenworth Winter Sports Club. All bids shall be binding for 30 days thereafter.
Bids for C-03r will be received until 2:00 PM on Friday, December 6, 2024, by Leavenworth Winter Sports Club. All bids shall be binding for 30 days thereafter.
Bids will be publicly opened at the Ski Hill Lodge immediately following receipt of the bids.
