Please note -

  • We do not rent the Ski Hill Lodge, the patio, or grounds for weddings.

  • We do not rent the Lodge or patio to private gatherings on days that we are open to the public.

  • Rental of any facility is dependent upon the availability of staff.

  • The submission of this form does not guarantee that your rental request will be granted.

  • The Leavenworth Summer Theater is NOT operated by the LWSC. None of the information here applies to the use of the theater.

SKI HILL LODGE RENTAL PRICING (additional fees may apply)

  Rental Rates (60 people max) Regular Rate Member & Nonprofit Rate
  6 hours of use (includes setup & take down) $400 $300
  Each additional hour $100 $75
  LWSC staff member / hour (1 staff/ every 25 guests required) $25/hour $25/hour
  Reservation deposit (credited towards final bill) $200 $100
  Cleaning Deposit (refundable) *beyond normal cleanup $300 $300

 

SKI HILL GROUNDS RENTAL PRICING (additional fees may apply)

  Rental Rates Regular Rate Member & Nonprofit Rate
  6 hours of use (includes setup & take down) $300 $200
  Each additional hour $100 $75
  LWSC staff member / hour (1 staff/ every 50 guests required) $25/hour $25/hour
  Mowing or ground maintenance prior to the event (if required) $100/hour $100/hour
  Reservation deposit (credited towards final bill) $100 $75
  Cleaning Deposit (refundable) *beyond normal cleanup $300 $200
