Surprisingly good ski this morning.  Snow was pretty fast and not icy.  Not perfect corduroy everywhere and there are numerous brown spots (easily skied around).  But given the date, amount of snow and the temps it was a great ski!  Congrats to the groomers for making it so.

Good ski this morning.  Not all the side loops groomed and while Trish’s loop was groomed I didn’t ski it.  Snow quality pretty good, a little icy on the last loop by the ski jump but overall a good ski especially given we’re in the second half of March

Great ski this morning!  Snow was excellent and the grooming was good.  A couple of spots on uphill exposed climbs where the snow is thin with some rocks but otherwise excellent.

Interesting ski this morning.  Grooming was good.  But where the snow is brown (majority of the km’s) the conditions are icy while where the snow is white it’s slow and sticky.  Challenging ski.  

What a difference a day makes.  An inch of wet snow on top of the skate deck makes for a slow ski.  A nice even platform makes for a consistent stable ski but definitely more of a workout
