And if you are staying in town this weekend I recommend taking your whole family to the Kick Your Sticks race - it's super fun and all the proceeds to to a great cause. Good for all ages and abilities. You can skate ski, classic ski or even snowshoe!

If you feel like adventuring out for a race, check out Hanz's Big Adventure or the Kongsberger Stampede. Both of those are great races for kids who want to check out racing in a not-too-competitive and very fun environment.
