We are excited that you have decided to join us for the 2020 season and we can't wait to see all of you on the snow. Please continue to refer back to the Weekly Updates section of our website (i.e. here) as we will keep the latest and greatest alpine news within this very spot. We will ping families when new posts have been made so you're sure not to miss out.

What's new for the 2020 LWSC Alpine Team?
1.) We have 5 official coaches for this year that will all be on hill: Brad Zapalowski, Meg Zapalowski, Joe Vasta, Matt Porter and Jamie Wiley
2.) Our team gear this year includes a navy blue Patagonia full-zip Better Sweater and rope tow gloves. Better Sweaters will be distributed once they arrive (TBD still but should be this week). They will be first come first serve on sizing. NO RESERVING SIZES...sorry, it's just too much for us to manage these requests.
3.) We have SO many new races this year that our team can attend!! WAHOO!! Please check out our 2020 Race Schedule and Information post in our Weekly Update for more information and a ton of details. Please pay attention to key registration dates as they are coming up fast!!!
First Announcement:
For our first announcement we will NOT start practice on Wednesday, January 8th. We will shoot for Friday, January 10th. Unfortunately, Old Man Winter is being pretty stubborn right now and not exactly cooperating with us this week. Hopefully the snow angles that have been dumping goobers of snow at the Pass will bring some of it down to Leavenworth so we can start practice on Friday.
In the meantime, please remember to join your coaches on Tuesday, January 7th for our Alpine Team fundraiser. See details below!
